Cancellation Policy

Deposits are Non-Refundable: A deposit is required to secure your spot in the course. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your training one time only with at least 4 days’ notice prior to the course date. After that, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations within 4 Days: Cancellations made less than 4 days before the course date will result in a forfeited deposit and payment. No Call / No Show: Failure to attend the course without notice will result in a loss of your deposit and full payment, with no reschedule option. Emergency Situations: Consideration may be given for true emergencies with proper documentation, at the discretion of Royal Lux Academy.
